At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Important: Sale items, personalized items, or personal hygiene products are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Send the package to the address we will provide.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for one of a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and making a new purchase of the desired item.
